So knowing all these will protect the customer.Now a customer can start by making a research on a product or business before they get into business to avoid any misunderstanding. Recently. Customers are now given an opportunity to buy without physically holding the product and buying online but that also opens a can of worms. As they provide their financial information online, buy without knowing the person or even getting scammed their money. Which is why they need to research the business first before searching the product.
