The KAFI 10-Day Intensive Bootcamp is a transformational learning journey designed to equip young leaders (ages 18–35) with knowledge, confidence, and leadership capacity to drive financial literacy and entrepreneurship in their communities. Over 10 days, participants explore the 4 Core Pillars: Personal Finance, Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Financial Literacy through guided lessons, interactive activities, and real-world applications.
Day 1 – Foundations
Overview:
The journey begins with a strong foundation. Participants are introduced to the 4 core pillars of the bootcamp understanding what each pillar represents and how they connect to building a purpose-driven career.
Focus Areas: Introduction to money management, leadership mindset, entrepreneurship basics, and the importance of financial literacy in nation-building.
Outcome: A clear vision of your learning path and how each pillar contributes to your growth as a financial literacy leader.
Day 2 – Self & Money Awareness
Overview:
This day focuses on self-discovery and understanding your relationship with money. Participants explore their values, strengths, and spending habits while learning how to budget effectively.
Focus Areas: Personal budgeting, setting realistic goals, entrepreneurial mindset development, and understanding the emotional side of money.
Outcome: A personalized financial goal plan and a stronger sense of purpose and direction toward your financial future.
Day 3 – Building Stability
Overview:
Day 3 teaches participants how to create a stable financial base. It focuses on saving, goal-setting, and identifying opportunities to earn income responsibly.
Focus Areas: Importance of saving, setting SMART goals, discovering opportunities in your environment, and developing income streams.
Outcome: A clear savings plan and an actionable roadmap to financial independence.
Day 4 – Tools for Growth
Overview:
Participants are introduced to essential financial and communication tools needed for personal and business growth.

Day 6 – Smart Decisions
Overview:
Learn to make informed and intelligent financial choices. This session explores credit, borrowing, and managing finances to avoid debt traps.

Outcome: The ability to design sustainable ideas, manage resources effectively, and explore beginner-friendly investment options.
Day 8 – Integrity & Safety
Overview:
Integrity and safety are at the heart of leadership and financial responsibility. This day focuses on ethical practices, risk management, and consumer rights.
Focus Areas: Ethics in leadership, risk and insurance management, financial safety measures, and consumer protection.
Outcome: Participants become ethical leaders who protect themselves, their businesses, and their clients through responsible practices.
Day 9 – Civic Responsibility
Overview:
Understanding the role of finance in national development is key. Participants explore how taxes and civic duties contribute to a stronger economy.
Focus Areas: Basics of taxation, community engagement, sources of funding and capital, and the link between economy and taxes.
Outcome: A deeper understanding of financial citizenship and how to contribute meaningfully to national progress.
Day 10 – Becoming a Changemaker
Overview:
The final day brings everything together. Participants learn how to lead financial literacy initiatives in schools and communities through KAFI Clubs.
Focus Areas: Financial planning, leadership for impact, social entrepreneurship, and teaching financial literacy to young people.
Outcome: Certification as a KAFI Financial Literacy Leader, ready to create change through advocacy, education, and community impact.
