Call For Changemakers: Financial Literacy Leadership Fellowship (FLLF)

KAFI Fellowship Banner

You Have the Passion to Lead & Change lives, We have the Platform to Help You Do It.

Become part of Africa's next generation of Financial Literacy and Financial Inclusion Changemakers.

Across Africa, millions of people still struggle with poor financial literacy, limited access to financial services, youth unemployment, weak entrepreneurship, and poor financial decision-making. These challenges affect families, schools, businesses, and entire communities.

Many young people have the passion to make a difference, but they lack the training, certification, practical experience, and opportunities to turn that passion into measurable impact.

KAFI Foundation exists to change that. Through KAFI FinAccess, Africa's Financial Inclusion Operating System, we are discovering, developing, certifying, deploying, and supporting Financial Literacy and Financial Inclusion Changemakers across Africa.

This is more than an online course. It is a leadership journey that prepares you to create real impact while connecting you to opportunities with schools, financial institutions, fintechs, NGOs, governments, and development organisations.

Why This Pan-African Fellowship Matters

Africa needs leaders who understand money, entrepreneurship, digital finance, leadership, and community development. Communities continue to face challenges such as:
