KAFI Hub is the flagship leadership and capacity development initiative of the KAFI Foundation, designed to raise a new generation of financially literate and socially responsible leaders.
Through a structured learning and mentorship pathway, KAFI Hub equips young people with the knowledge, skills, and mindset to drive financial literacy education, inspire responsible money management, and champion economic empowerment across schools and communities worldwide.

Our Core Pillars
KAFI Hub’s training model is built around four interconnected pillars that form the foundation of holistic leadership and financial empowerment:
- Personal Finance – Building essential financial skills in budgeting, saving, investing, and responsible money management.
- Leadership Development – Cultivating ethical, visionary, and community-centered leaders capable of driving positive change.
- Entrepreneurship – Promoting innovation, creativity, and business development skills for sustainable income generation.
- Financial Literacy Education – Equipping participants to teach, advocate, and lead financial literacy movements in schools and communities.
Our Tiered Leadership Structure
To ensure sustainable leadership growth and a clear development pathway, KAFI Hub operates through a five-tier global leadership model:

Foundation Level:
The entry stage where participants receive core training in personal finance, leadership, and entrepreneurship through the KAFI Financial Literacy Leadership Fellowship. -
Alumni Level:
Graduates who actively promote financial literacy through school clubs, community projects, and digital advocacy initiatives. -
Mentor Level:
Experienced leaders who provide guidance, coaching, and technical support to emerging fellows and coordinate impact activities at the grassroots level. -
Country Coordinator Level:
National representatives who oversee KAFI Hub operations, partnerships, and financial literacy programs within their respective countries. -
Continent Coordinator Level:
Regional leaders responsible for supervising multiple countries, scaling impact, and strengthening KAFI Hub’s global network and collaborations.
Flagship Programs
🎓 Financial Literacy Leadership Fellowship
A 10-day intensive training program that introduces participants to the four foundational pillars of KAFI Hub.
The Fellowship is a transformative experience that combines leadership training, financial education, and entrepreneurship development empowering participants to become certified Financial Literacy Leaders.
Upon completion, fellows progress into practical engagement, leading financial literacy clubs in schools and coordinating outreach initiatives across their communities.
🌍 School and Community Engagement
KAFI Hub leaders establish and mentor Financial Literacy Clubs in schools and communities, ensuring continuous education on money management, saving culture, and financial inclusion. Through this model, thousands of students and families gain lifelong financial skills that promote economic resilience.
🤝 Global Mentorship and Exchange
Through the KAFI Alumni Network and international partnerships, outstanding fellows gain access to mentorship, cross-border learning, and leadership opportunities with experts and institutions promoting financial education globally.
Our Impact
